Daniel Eisfeld

Daniel Eisfeld is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef de Partie at Bouchon Bistro under the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since August 2022. With a strong foundation in classical French bistro fare, Daniel excels in food preparation and protein production methods while fostering a positive kitchen environment. Previous experience includes a brief stint as a Stagier at Restaurant Jordnær and a significant tenure at Chipotle Mexican Grill from August 2015 to July 2022, where roles spanned from Crew to General Manager. In this capacity, Daniel effectively trained and supervised over 100 associates, managed profit and loss, and implemented training programs. Daniel's early experience included coaching youth basketball at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. Daniel holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and studied at Chabot College from 2018 to 2020.
