Savannah Thomas is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with an extensive background spanning over a decade. Starting as a Keyholder at Alcove + Big Bar from 2012 to 2014, Savannah progressed to various management roles, including Assistant General Manager at Spoonfed and Food and Beverage Manager positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Conrad Los Angeles. As the Opening General Manager for Bowood by Niche from January 2021 to February 2022, Savannah demonstrated leadership in launching new concepts. Currently serving as General Manager at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since October 2025, Savannah has complemented professional experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University-Los Angeles and further education in Organizational Management and Consulting from Phillips Graduate University.
