Meredith Martin

Meredith Martin, MDiv, MSW, LCSW, serves as the Chief Program Officer at THOMPSON Child & Family Focus since November 2024, bringing extensive experience in child welfare and mental health services. Previously, Meredith held the position of Vice President of Programs at Crossnore Communities for Children from May 2016 to November 2024, overseeing child welfare programs and leading significant initiatives to enhance program quality and compliance across a 40-county area. Earlier roles include Director of Programs at Family Services of Davidson County, where Meredith managed crisis intervention and community service initiatives, and Associate Pastor for Missions, Evangelism and Involvement at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Divinity from Duke University.
