Continuing their education, Cherish went on to achieve an Educational Specialist Certificate (Ed.S) in Organizational Leadership from Wayne State University. This educational journey took their six years, from 2011 to 2017. With this advanced certification, Cherish has expanded their expertise in effectively leading organizations, combining their background in social work with essential leadership skills.
