Gina Bloom

Gina Bloom is a Senior Account Manager at Thompson Flanagan since April 2023, with extensive experience in account management and recruitment roles across various companies. Previously, Gina worked as an Energy Scholars Recruiter at LevelTen Energy and as a Leave Administrator at Aquent. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Account Manager and Benefits Analyst Lead at Assurance, and as an Account Manager at Alliant Insurance Services following its acquisition of Mesirow, where Gina also held the position of Senior Benefits Analyst. In addition to a successful career in management, Gina is a talented singer, performing as a solo vocalist and lead singer for Chicago retro-soul bands The Congregation, The Heavy Sounds, and The Hemispheres since August 2009.
