Stephen Guida

Stephen Guida is a seasoned healthcare management professional with extensive experience in operational oversight and strategic planning. Currently serving as Manager of Properties at UR Medicine Thompson Health since May 2008, Stephen leads P&L initiatives to support the growth of the hospital network through effective facilities management. Previously, Stephen held the role of Manager of Strategic Planning, providing crucial data analysis and operational support to senior leadership. Prior to joining UR Medicine, Stephen gained valuable clinical and managerial experience as Lead Ultrasound Technologist at the University of Rochester Medical Center and as Supervisor of the Ultrasound Department at Thompson Health, where responsibilities included staff management and budget administration. Stephen's career began at the Rochester Institute of Technology as a Clinical Education Coordinator, managing clinical internships for students in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Stephen holds an MBA in Marketing and Health Systems Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
