Cathleen M. Baskey

As Senior Director of Human Resources, Cathleen maintains the strategic oversight across all aspects of Thompson Hine’s core HR functions in benefit offerings, retirement plans, payroll, HR Systems, staff recruiting and staff performance management. She routinely collaborates with firm leadership on planning and executing strategic and innovative projects. In addition, Cathleen is a member of the firm’s security council, advises the Retirement Plan Committee and spearheads COVID-19 pandemic matters.

Cathleen has more than 30 years of experience in human resources administration. Prior to joining Thompson Hine in 2002, she worked for two national law firms located in the Atlanta, Georgia and Cleveland, Ohio areas.
