Jonathon Vinocur

Jonathon Vinocur is a seasoned corporate attorney with extensive experience in representing emerging technology companies and investors in complex corporate finance matters. Currently serving as a Partner at Thompson Hine LLP since May 2005, Jonathon focuses on guiding clients from formation through funding to exit. Prior to this role, Jonathon worked as an Associate at the same firm and at Roetzel and Andress, where involvement included advising privately held and public companies on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and other transactional matters. Jonathon holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University.
