Kelsey Mincheff is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within law firms and legal institutions. Currently an Associate at Thompson Hine LLP since September 2018, Kelsey has previously held positions as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate at the same firm. Kelsey's early legal experience includes serving as a Research Assistant to Associate Dean Paul Rose at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and completing legal externships with the United States Attorney's Office, the Supreme Court of Ohio under Chief Justice Maureen O'Connor, and the Federal Public Defender's Capital Habeas Unit. Kelsey holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and an Honors B.A. with Research Distinction in History from The Ohio State University. Prior to entering the legal field, Kelsey gained experience in various roles, including as a Server at Longhorn Steakhouse and a Constituent Aide for the Ohio House of Representatives.
