Timothy Brownrigg

Timothy Brownrigg is a seasoned real estate attorney currently serving as Counsel in the Real Estate practice at Thompson Hine LLP since July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Real Estate Counsel at Sprouts Farmers Market from December 2022 to July 2025 and as an Attorney at Valence Law Group, PC, between August 2021 and December 2022, focusing on various commercial real estate transactions. Timothy started at Sonkin & Koberna, LLC in May 2016 as an Associate, working on matters such as retail leasing and real estate financing. Earlier roles include Associate positions at Thompson Hine LLP and Jones Day, along with summer and research assistant roles during law school at Moritz College of Law, The Ohio State University, where Timothy earned a JD.
