Arlene Gonzalez

Arlene Gonzalez is an Associate Attorney at Thompson & Horton LLP since October 2020, with prior experience as a Legal Intern at Aldine ISD, Texas Education Agency, and the U.S. Department of Education. Arlene also served in educational roles, including Assistant Principal at Wells Middle School and Dean of Instruction at Houston ISD, where significant contributions included improving STAAR 8th Grade Science scores and launching professional development initiatives. An educator with a strong background in curriculum design, data analysis, and behavioral interventions, Arlene has facilitated academic progress and staff development across multiple institutions. Arlene holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
