Phil also prepared financial statements and analysis/interpretation/communication of financial information to management, board of directors, and outside investors. In addition, they were responsible for forecasting, financial systems, banking, employee benefits, contract administration, shareholder communications, and key player in fund raising activities.

In 2000, Phil Sandy designed, tested, and launched the finance and financial reporting modules for the company's cloud-based healthcare ERP system. Phil then went on to work as a VP Customer Operations at Premier, Inc. In this role, they were a key member of the leadership team within the Informatics and Technology Services Division of a public company. Phil had direct responsibility for large scale ERP software implementation consulting, data migration services, 3rd party interfaces, and ongoing customer support.
