Joe Monaghan

Joe Monaghan, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail leasing and sales, currently serving as the Director of Retail Leasing and Sales at Thompson Thrift since November 2021, focusing on mixed-use and grocery-anchored shopping centers across the Midwest and Southeast. Prior to this role, Joe was the Sales Leader at Tactical Fleet, where $8M+ in revenue was generated in just seven months at the nation's largest exotic supercar dealership. Joe's background includes significant service in the United States Marine Corps in various leadership positions, including Executive Officer and Platoon Commander, overseeing operations and training for multiple Marines. Joe also held various leasing roles at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Simon Property Group, developing expertise in retail leasing activities.
