Matthew Powell is currently the Vice President Asset Management at Thompson Thrift since November 2020. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Director of Finance & Asset Management at Roos Enterprises from December 2018 to November 2020. With over a decade of experience in real estate, Matthew has also worked at Great Lakes Capital as Director of Operations and at Bradley Company as a Portfolio Manager. Matthew started their career at Simon Property Group as a Property Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
