Zach Pieper possesses extensive experience in project management and construction, having held various roles at Thompson Thrift since October 2019, including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Prior to this, Zach served as Production Manager and Project Manager at Green Square Design | Construct, Inc. from September 2016 to October 2019 and was a Project Manager at JK Construction Group from February 2015 to September 2016. Early career experience includes working with Campus Outreach and an internship at Thompson Thrift Development/Construction, where foundational skills in project operations were developed. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Indiana State University, complemented by earlier roles in customer service at Universal Orlando Resort and Lowe's Companies, Inc.

John Thompson and Paul Thrift began laying plans for their business partnership while attending Indiana State University. Those plans came to fruition in 1986 with the founding of Thompson Thrift. Since that time, Thompson Thrift has grown from a locally focused development and construction company into an integrated, full-service real estate company with a national scope.
