Lauren Townsend

Lauren Townsend is a legal professional with extensive experience in employment law, industrial relations, and occupational health and safety. Currently serving as a Partner at Thomson Geer since July 2019, Lauren has previously held roles as Special Counsel at both Thomson Geer and Bartlett Workplace, where responsibilities included conducting workplace investigations as a Senior Investigator. Lauren's earlier experience includes over eight years as a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz, advising a variety of clients across multiple sectors on employment law matters and representing clients in Fair Work Commission proceedings. Lauren's educational background consists of a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from La Trobe University, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
