Abby Pinto

Abby Pinto is an accomplished talent development leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, as the Director of Talent Development at Thomson Reuters, Abby leads the Enterprise Learning and Career Development team, supporting the company's talent agenda. Previously, Abby served as the Talent Development Solutions Lead, where initiatives included deploying programming in AI and machine learning and providing coaching training for over 3,000 managers. At Smiths Medical, Abby held the roles of Senior Global Talent Development Manager and Global Talent Development Manager, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Abby's earlier experience includes managing the Center for International Business Education and Research at the University of Minnesota and teaching undergraduate courses in career skills. Abby holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in English and Italian Literature from Stanford University.
