In a concurrent role as Director of Engineering at Thomson Reuters, Conner leads a team developing AI-powered solutions for the legal industry, previously holding positions as Senior Engineering Manager and Senior Research Engineer. Conner has a notable record of driving cost reductions, enhancing performance metrics, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Earlier career experiences include roles at Honeywell, the University of Minnesota, and various startups, showcasing proficiency in AI/ML development, software engineering, and eCommerce operations. Conner holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
