Guilherme Sousa Dias is an experienced business operations leader with a strong background in technology management and project execution. Currently serving as Director of Business Operations - Content Technology at Thomson Reuters since July 2016, Guilherme manages a tech P&L and oversees a global team of over 500 employees across multiple countries. Previous roles at Thomson Reuters include Sr. Manager of Business Operations and Projects, where Guilherme drove operational processes and coordinated strategic initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions at Thomson Reuters Brasil as Business Program Manager, and Project Manager for Global Projects, as well as roles at Montreal Oficial, CTIS, CPM Braxis, TERRA, and EZTrade.com.
