Jie Zhang

Jie Zhang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and technology services, currently serving as the VP of Global Employee Experience at Thomson Reuters since 2023. Prior to this role, Jie held positions including Head of HR Technology and Operations at HOOPP from 2020 to 2023, and Head of Employee Services and Experience at Walmart Canada from 2018 to 2020. Jie's earlier career includes managerial roles at Mattamy Homes and consultancy at IAMGOLD Corporation, as well as a senior consultancy position at Hydro Québec. Jie holds an MBA in Information Technology from Université Laval and is currently enrolled in the Senior Leadership Program at Schulich Executive Education.
