Julie Rotschafer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales management, currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Service & Support at Thomson Reuters since August 2008. Julie oversees a team of over 200 individuals, managing business activities for customers in the Legal, Tax/Accounting, and corporate segments. Throughout Julie's career at Thomson Reuters, various roles have included leading a customer service consultant team, managing digital and print subscription retention, and enhancing operational effectiveness. Julie's background also includes legal experience as a reference attorney and law clerk, complemented by a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
