Julien Toyer

Julien Toyer is an accomplished journalist and editor with extensive experience at Thomson Reuters, serving in various high-level roles including Global Editor of Operations and General Manager for Global Budget and Europe & Newsroom. Julien held leadership positions as Bureau Chief in both Iberia and Spain, as well as serving as an EU and Equities Correspondent. Julien is also the founder of Newsbub, an innovative app that presented news through augmented reality, likened to Pokemon Go! for news consumption. Prior experience includes working as a Chargé de mission Presse at the French Embassy in Mexico and an internship with AFP. Julien's educational background encompasses advanced degrees in International Journalism, History, and International Relations, complemented by leadership training at IESE Business School.
