Phil Gaughan

Phil Gaughan has extensive experience in operational improvement and healthcare management, currently serving as Director of Operational Improvement at Truven Health Analytics since January 2007, a role that follows a position as Senior Director in the same company. Previously, Phil Gaughan held multiple leadership roles at Thomson Reuters Healthcare and Solucient, LLC, including Director of Solutions Support and Vice President of Operational Improvement. Earlier in the career, Phil Gaughan was Vice President at HBS International, where contributions included developing the HBSi Action program and its market strategy. Phil Gaughan began the professional journey at VHA, managing decision support and benchmarking for healthcare members.
