Rod Jackson

Rod Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and client relations. Currently serving as a Digital Renewal Specialist at FindLaw, a division of Thomson Reuters since January 2020, Rod previously held various roles at Thomson Reuters, including Senior Account Manager and Project Leader since February 2009. In this capacity, responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over 150 client accounts, focusing on relationship management, product training, and client retention. Prior to this, Rod worked as a Mortgage Broker at Summit Mortgage and as an Account Executive at Bank of America, where notable achievements included being recognized as a consistent top performer and Rookie Account Executive of the year. Rod holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Commerce from St. Cloud State University.
