Theresa Hamilton

Theresa Hamilton is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications. Currently serving as Director of Internal Communications at Thomson Reuters since August 2011, Theresa previously held the role of Internal Communications Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Theresa operated as a Communications Professional and Copywriter at Tobernalt Consulting from 2006 to August 2011, providing freelance services. From 1995 to July 2006, Theresa worked at Altria Corporate Services, where responsibilities included managing a diverse range of internal communications initiatives aimed at educating over 160,000 employees. With a BA in English Literature from SUNY Oneonta, Theresa brings a strong background in managing employee communications, cultural programs, and corporate messaging.
