Tony Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales, and business development. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success & Retention for Europe at Thomson Reuters since August 2022, Tony leads and coaches a dynamic team focused on retention strategies. Prior to this role, Tony worked at Demandbase as a Growth Account Director for Enterprise Sales in the APAC region, specializing in SaaS-based B2B platforms. Previous positions include Business Development Team Lead at Oracle, Management Intern at Intelligent Energy, Corporate Relationship Manager at Monster.com, and Sales Support Associate at Dell.
