Kevin Patterson

Kevin Patterson has a diverse work experience in facilities and property management. Kevin has held various senior positions with different companies. From 2016 onwards, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Facilities and Property Management at ICL. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Real Property at ICL from 2015 to 2022. Before their time at ICL, they held several positions at Thor Equities from 2003 to 2011, including Senior Director of Facilities and Property Management. Kevin also worked at Safe Horizon as the Senior Director of Facilities and Property Management with Construction from 2010 onwards. Furthermore, they worked as an Expeditor/ Facilities/Property Management Consultant at Tri-State Area from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they were the General Manager/Property Development, Facilities, and Manager at Thor Equities/Gallery from 2001 to 2010. Prior to that, they held roles at Complete Management Services, Acadia Realty Trust, Federal Home Loan Bank, SCIENS WORLDWIDE, and Brooklyn Academy of Music.

Kevin Patterson attended Manchester University and studied Psychology. Kevin completed their studies in 1990. After that, they enrolled in New York City Technical College (CUNY) but did not specify their field of study or degree obtained.
