Juliana Roman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Juliana started their career at Volio & Trejos as a Resident Engineer in 2004 before moving on to Ecodesarrollo Papagayo as the Director of Contract Administration and Purchasing Management Department. In 2006, they joined Link Inversiones as a Probono analyst and also worked as a Financial Analyst at Mesoamerica Investments during the same period. Juliana then worked as a Summer Intern at Canyon Capital Partners in 2010. Juliana pursued an MBA at The Wharton School from 2009 to 2012, majoring in Real Estate. Juliana joined Cogenra Solar as the International Business Development Manager in 2012 before transitioning to Gap Inc as a Senior Financial Analyst and later as a Finance Manager. Juliana'sroles at Gap Inc lasted from 2012 to 2016. Since 2016, Juliana has been working at Thor Urbana in various capacities, including Vice President of Retail - Strategy, Leasing and Tenant Coordination, Head of Operations and Strategy, and currently as the Director of Operations.
Juliana Roman pursued their education at the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, where they obtained a Bachelor and Licentiate of Science in Civil Engineering from 2000 to 2005. Juliana then furthered their studies at The Wharton School from 2009 to 2011, earning an MBA with a focus on Real Estate, Finance, and Energy.
