Danielle Strong

Danielle Strong has extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries, currently serving as VP of Quality and Compliance at Thorlabs since January 2013. In previous roles, Danielle has successfully led major initiatives, including a 50% reduction in back-ordered items and the maintenance of ISO 9001 site readiness. With a background that includes positions as VP Global Supply Chain, Director of Quality and Compliance, and roles at CorePharma, Merck, Schering-Plough, McNeil, and Pfizer, Danielle has demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, supplier management, and strategic operations. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Penn State University.
