Mirza Mustafayev

Mirza Mustafayev, EIT, is a Mechanical Engineer I currently working at Thorlabs since May 2023, specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI). Prior experience includes serving as an OSP Engineer at Ziply Fiber from May 2022 to May 2023 and providing IT help desk support at Gonzaga University's Next Gen Tech Bar from September 2020 to May 2022, where Mirza enhanced skills in design and programming through projects involving 3D printing and laser engraving. Additional experience includes a role as a Universal Staff Member at Compass Group from September 2019 to February 2020, where Mirza cross-trained in various restaurant roles while collaborating with diverse teams.
