Paul Melone

Paul Melone has extensive experience in the optics manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Global Optics Manufacturing Director at Thorlabs since September 2008. Prior to this role, Paul was the Co-Founder and President of Nova Phase Inc. from August 1999 to December 2008, where responsibilities included the design and manufacture of optical components. Additionally, Paul held the position of Production Manager at Crystal Associates (Coherent) from April 1994 to August 1999. Paul is an alumnus of Paterson Catholic.
