Aldex Oun

Aldex Oun is an accomplished customer success professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Thorn since September 2025, Aldex previously excelled as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Checkr, Inc. from March 2023 to April 2025. Aldex also held the position of Chief Customer Officer at CountingWorks PRO from July 2016 to June 2022, and prior to that, served as the Director of Client Services and Partner Account Manager at Connectivity, Inc. from June 2014 to June 2016. Aldex began a career in customer management as a National Account Manager at FiveStars from June 2012 to November 2013. Aldex holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
