Kathleen Walker

Kathleen Walker is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in intellectual property, litigation, and brand management. As the Founder and Managing Director of ThornCrest since 2013, Kathleen has developed a unique brand solutions company that specializes in protecting and expanding emerging and high-profile brands through legal expertise. Previous roles include serving as General Counsel at mophie, where innovative mobile devices are designed and manufactured, and as a partner at Walker & Stahl, LLP, focusing on general litigation with an emphasis on real estate. Kathleen has also held positions as General Counsel at Value T Sales, Inc., and as a solo practitioner. Early career experiences include roles as an Intellectual Property Associate at prestigious law firms and as a Reference Librarian at the San Diego Law Library. Kathleen holds a JD from Creighton University School of Law, an MLIS from San Jose State University, and a BS in History from the University of Colorado Boulder.
