Melissa Gosbee

Melissa Gosbee has extensive experience in both customer service and education. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Thornton & Grooms Heating, Cooling & Plumbing since June 2021, Melissa previously held the position of Keyholder at Torrid, where responsibilities included customer service and training. Melissa spent five years in education roles, including Teacher Leader for the Carson City Public Schools District School Improvement Team, and positions as a Fourth Grade Teacher and Sixth Grade Science/Social Studies Teacher at Carson City-Crystal Area Schools. Early career roles included serving as a Game Advisor at GameStop and various positions in customer service and teaching internships. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a focus on Integrated Science and completed a Post-Baccalaureate Teaching Certification Internship Program at Michigan State University.
