Susan Hetrick

Leading Thorntons’ People Team, Dr. Susan Hetrick is a strategic and international HR business leader. Her impressive career has spanned more than 30 years and includes senior leadership roles with global organisations including the World Bank Group, Arab Banking Corporation, RBS Group, Aegon, HSBC and Deloitte.

Susan leads the people team in implementing the firm’s People Strategy, including programmes to further strengthen Thorntons’ culture, engagement, employee value proposition and internal communications.

Working with the Thorntons’ Partners and fellow Directors, Susan also supports the implementation of operational change across Thorntons to help the firm and colleagues maximise their potential.
