Tim Oleson

Tim Oleson has held various roles in different companies such as Thorntons LLC, Target, and Extra Space Storage. At Thorntons LLC, Tim currently serves as a Data & Talent Acquisition Advisor and Field Recruiter, overseeing the recruiting process for GSRs and Management. With a background in HR and Operations, Tim also assists in recruitment and development. Prior to their current role, Tim worked at Target as an Executive Team Lead in Assets Protection and at Extra Space Storage as a Store Manager. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University and an Associate of Arts in Basic Skills and Developmental/Remedial Education from College of Lake County.
