Mitch Kralis

Mitch Kralis is an accomplished real estate investment professional with extensive experience in managing and directing firms within the industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Thorofare Capital, Inc. since February 2023, Kralis previously held the position of Managing Member at Crest Park Ventures, LLC from June 1995 to December 2022. Additional roles include Principal at Madison Ventures Plus, LLC, President of Shell Street Equities, LLC, and Executive Vice President at fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty and Red Sea Group. Kralis also served as President at EPC from 1996 to 2000. An alumnus of Baylor University, Kralis holds a BBA in Marketing, Finance, Economics, and Real Estate.
