Joey Williams

Joey Williams is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in outbound sales and sales development. Currently serving as the Head of Outbound Sales at Thoropass since October 2024, Joey previously held leadership roles at Chili Piper from December 2020 to October 2024, including Director of Sales Development, where a 102% achievement of the 2023 Closed-Won revenue target was realized. Joey's career at Chili Piper also included roles as Senior SDR Manager, SDR Growth Manager, and Sales Development Representative, demonstrating a consistent ability to scale teams and exceed performance targets. Prior experience includes managing job development at Best Buddies International, where partnerships with organizations such as the Oakland Athletics and Sephora were successfully established.
