Michelle L Palmer

Michelle L Palmer has been working in the field of business since 1998, when they began as a Business Consultant for Anderson Consulting. In 2000, they joined McKesson Automation as a Sr. Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst, where they managed business requirements through the software development life cycle (SDLC) and lead several projects at one time. In 2017, they became a Business Analyst at Allscripts. In 2020, they joined Heritage Valley Health System as a Clinical Business Analyst and ThoroughCare as Director of Product Management and Product - Lead Reporting and Analytics.

Michelle L Palmer obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Information Management from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996, following five years of study. Michelle L then went on to receive their Master of Science (MS) in Information Science/Studies from the same university in 1997.
