Alisa Padhiar

Alisa Padhiar has worked in a variety of roles in the finance sector since 2007. Alisa began their career as an Accounts Assistant at AVEVA, followed by a role as a Forensic Accounting Unit Assistant at BDO LLP. In 2008, they joined BDO UK LLP as an Audit Senior, where they gained their ACA qualification within 3 years. In 2015, they moved to BHS as a Buying & Merchandising Finance Manager. In 2016, they joined YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP as a Group Financial Planning Manager and was promoted to Financial Controller for a 6-month period. In 2018, they moved to Smythson of Bond Street as a Finance Director and Head of Finance, responsible for the entire Group finance function. In 2021, they joined thortful as a Finance Director.

Alisa Padhiar obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting for Management from Aston University between 2006 and 2010. Alisa then went on to pursue the ACA qualification from ICAEW between 2010 and 2013, achieving first time passes.
