Tom Donohue, CSM®, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom currently holds the position of Project Manager at Thought Industries since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Delivery Analyst at the same company from 2022 to 2023.
Before joining Thought Industries, Tom worked at Tyler Technologies as a Senior Implementation Consultant from 2020 to 2022 and as an Implementation Consultant from 2018 to 2020. In these roles, they conducted knowledge transfer sessions, educated users on interface functionality, and recommended efficient interface solutions for clients.
Tom also gained experience at Direct Capital (a Division of CIT Bank, N.A.) as a Capital Coordinator from 2017 to 2018, where they managed calls with customers and analyzed their eligibility for loan renewals. Tom also worked as a Business Development Representative at the same company in 2017, where they created partnerships with vendors and generated referrals.
During their time at Tip Whip from 2016 to 2017, Tom served as a Campus CEO, overseeing the management team and coordinating the company's growth. Tom also worked as a Campus Manager Intern, responsible for driver pool management and promoting the company through various outlets.
In addition, Tom worked as a Campus CEO for Nootrobox in 2016, promoting GoCubes Chewable Coffee at The University of Maine. Tom also gained marketing research experience as a Marketing Research Analyst at SaviLinx in 2016.
Tom's early work experience includes a Marketing Internship at the University of Maine in 2015, where they generated a large following on Snapchat and assisted in distributing sponsor merchandise. Tom also worked as a Student Intern at the MBTA in 2015, conducting field work and preparing presentations and spreadsheets.
Tom Donohue attended the University of Maine from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Prior to attending university, they obtained their High School Degree from Medway High School in Medway, Massachusetts from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tom Donohue obtained the Certified Service Manager (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2022.
