Maximilian O.

Maximilian O. is a co-founder at Bridge Concepts since February 2024 and holds a current position in account management at Thought Leader Systems, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of an innovative account management strategy focused on digital transformation and customer retention in the IT sector. Previously, as team lead in account management at Trakken from August 2018 to July 2023, Maximilian initiated and executed a forward-looking account management strategy while leading a ten-member team of key account managers. Prior experiences include serving as a project manager at Teleperformance, emphasizing team development and client relationship management, and an internship at the Embassy of Costa Rica, engaging in international diplomacy and communication strategy development. Maximilian is currently pursuing a degree in East Asian Studies at Hanyang University, which began in 2022.
