Deanna Siegel Senior, PhD has extensive experience in leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and leadership development. Deanna is the founder of DSS Advisory LLC and serves as a coach, group facilitator, and principal at various companies. Deanna has a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
