Rob Salafia

Rob Salafia is currently the CEO of Protagonist Consulting Group. Rob is also a lecturer and Master Executive Coach at MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, Rob works as Principal at thoughtLEADERS, LLC, delivering problem-solving and communications training programs. In the past, Rob served as Executive Vice President at Authentic Leadership Institute and Senior Consultant at The Ariel Group. Prior to their consulting career, Rob was a performing artist at ShowStoppers for over 20 years. Rob holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College, a MSAS in Organization Policy from Boston University, and a BA in Geography with a focus on Education and International Development from Clark University.
