Kate Montell

Kate Montell is an accomplished professional in management consulting, currently serving as Engagement Manager at Thought Logic Consulting since January 2020, where their team won the best team award on a quarterly basis. Prior to this role, Kate co-founded and co-led the Women in Search of Excellence (WISE) internal women's business resource group and received the Exceed Award for outstanding performance. Kate also held positions as Director of Process and Quality at Bellhop, where involvement as a founding member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee took place, and as Manager at Collective Insights, leading the community and engagement committee. Earlier career experiences include roles as Strategy Consultant at Golden Source Consultants, Consultant at The Intersect Group, and Business Analyst at M&G through the Mountbatten Internship Programme. Kate holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in International Business from the College of Charleston.
