Marella Bradway

Marella Bradway is an experienced management consultant currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Thought Logic Consulting since September 2022, specializing in strategy execution, process improvement, and project management. Prior experience includes roles as an Agile Coach and Portfolio/Project Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton from February 2016 to September 2022, and Project Manager at Attain, where Marella led a high-profile enterprise-wide information system project for the CDC. Previously, as a Project Manager/Consultant for SRA, Marella contributed to the CDC’s Information Resources Governance organization, collaborating with executive leadership. Early career experience includes serving as an Extension Agent at the University of Florida, focusing on marine environmental resources. Educational qualifications include a BS in Biology from Xavier University and an MS in Marine Biology and Coastal Zone Management from Nova Southeastern University.
