Liang Xiao is an experienced professional in product development and hardware design, currently serving as the Director of Product Development and Hardware/Firmware Manager at Thought Tech since September 2019. Prior roles include Hardware Design Staff Engineer at Flex, where responsibilities encompassed the entire hardware development cycle, and Hardware Project Leader at LeEco, focusing on smartphone hardware system design and leading teams in product evaluation and mass production. Liang Xiao's background also includes positions at Microsoft and NOKIA, with notable contributions as a chief designer for multiple successful mobile phone models at NOKIA that collectively achieved over 50 million units in sales. Earlier experience at Motorola involved core hardware design for mobile devices. Liang Xiao holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree from Beijing Institute of Technology in Communication and Information Systems and Information Engineering, respectively.
