Saxony Brown

Saxony Brown is a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager currently with ThoughtExchange, having previously held the same role at Klue, an AI-powered Competitive Enablement platform, and at ThoughtExchange from October 2020 to September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at ViRTUS, focusing on leadership and emotional intelligence development, and various roles at The Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of British Columbia, where training programs for crisis line volunteers were co-developed and implemented. Additional experience includes guest lecturing at The University of British Columbia, facilitating support groups for AIDS Vancouver, and overseeing admissions for BCIT’s Advanced Placement and Degree Programs. Saxony's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Idaho, complemented by a unique stint as a professional athlete in the Indonesian Volleyball League.
