Taijen Kyon

Taijen Kyon has a strong background in supply chain planning and demand management. Taijen started their career as a Demand Analyst at McNeil Nutritionals in 2005 and later worked as a Production Planner. Taijen then moved on to Johnson & Johnson, where they served as a Franchise Supply Chain Planner and later as a Senior Demand Planner. After that, they joined Avon as the Sales & Operations Planning Manager. Taijen then worked at Unilever as a Senior Demand Planner and later as a Procurement Operation Team Lead. Taijen went on to be the Global Demand & Supply Planner at Guthy|Renker before serving as the Demand Planning Manager at Dogswell and then as a Senior Manager of Demand Planning at The Honest Company. Most recently, Taijen has held positions as the Director of Operations & Planning at H&H Group and currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain Planning at Modern Gourmet Foods.

Taijen Kyon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information System from Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Townsend Harris from 1996 to 2000, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
