Amy Ludwig

Amy Ludwig is a seasoned professional in learning and development with a strong background in social work. Currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development and First Year Experience for North America at Thoughtworks, Amy has also held positions as a Learning and Development Specialist and First Year Experience Team Lead, Senior Associate. Prior to this, Amy gained valuable experience as a Social Work Intern at both The Institute for Collaborative Education and MFY Legal Services. Amy holds a Master's degree in Social Work from New York University, where studies were completed from August 2011 to June 2013.
